Today Nokia purchased navigation software vendor Navteq. In the $8.1 billion deal, Nokia will pay out $78 per share of Navteq stock, including outstanding options. Navteq supplies digital map & navigational software of 69 countries, and navigational services for several automobile manufacturers.
