Hello my mobile friends - My wife and I have chosen to move from Minnesota to Wisconsin and have just completed the first portion of this adventure in our mobile lifestyle.  We’re set to move into our new place in September, but will be spending the month of August in a temporary residence.

I’ve been a web worker for about 4 months now, and really enjoy the freedoms it brings.  One thing that surprised me is the the amount of work it takes to get it all done - lots of posts, keeping on top of comment spam, managing updates, finding news, finding ideas.  Lots to do.

But that is not what I was posting about here today - I’m finding it more comfortable working wherever I have a free spot for a few hours and can get either a WiFi or mobile phone signal to connect up with.  That is still one of the challenges I’m going to face while getting settled in.  We’ll get DSL at our place, but in the meantime I’m constantly looking for free WiFi and a decent cell signal.

Anyway, I’m off to get some more work done for here and elsewhere.  I’ll be posting some of the mobile-related highlights of this move as we go.
