Kevin C. Tofel over at jkOnTheRun investigates a concept demo application that uses Pen Flicks built into Windows Vista. The demo is meant to be used as an example of using the Pen Flicks commands in applications. It also can stand as a programming example because the source code is available over at CodeProject.
Since I have no pen enabled device at this time, I can’t check out the demo myself, but Kevin has some feedback and mentions using Flicks in Internet Explorer.
