Tamir Khason has developed what may turn into an interesting and useful battery saver tool for Windows Vista. Designed to run on Vista Home Premium and above versions of the operating system, Vista Battery Saver give you control of several features that are not addressed in the Vista Power applet.
Settings for the Aero UI and the Sidebar activity are available, and allow the user to control whether they are enable or disabled depending on the state of power input and/or battery level.
