This is such a “duh!” idea that I just assumed that most all rest stops had WiFi access available. I’m not knocking Illinois for not having done this earlier - just that it shows a person shouldn’t assume. Kind of stupid of me I guess. Better question - does my home state of Minnesota have WiFi at their rest stops? I’ll have to look that one up.
At any rate, this is good news for all us who work on the road!
